As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and at ease in these surroundings. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided plenty of seating areas for relaxation. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, as there were no steep steps or difficult terrain to navigate.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in terms of helping senior guests with their luggage. It would have been great if there was a more formal arrangement or designated storage area for luggage on the day of checkout.

It was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The five bedrooms were elegantly furnished, showcasing the rich history and culture of Crete. The attention to detail was impressive and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The easy access to Spinalonga Island and its stunning beach was a major highlight. I enjoyed exploring the island and soaking up the sun on the beautiful sandy beach.

Toilet and shower facilities were a delight, with sewage leaking and flip flop fashionista moments. Also, poor communication, because who needs a timely response when you're only staying a few days?
